The prices seem reasonable - all things considered. Does anyone have any experience with them? Are they reliable? How long does delivery typically take?
Access Securepak Fl, Does anyone understand the access securepak system, Nevada? It seems to say ordering starts Jan. 1st but then you need a passcode??? Anyone familliar with this from other states or know what they are asking for? Is it a passcode specific to a certain prison?

I know there are websites like Access Securepak and Union Supply I could probably use but wouldn't that count as a Quarterly Package?! I mean, what if someone else wants to send something to him for this quarter and won't be able to do so just because I would have sent a few books of stamps?? I used Access Securepack for a food package and i also sent a clothes package.
