They seem to have pretty similar stats, but a lot of people seem to dislike UNCC, saying that the professors don’t care, that it’s a commuter school, etc. However, people also say that UNCC is a good school to go to for business, noting the opportunities that Charlotte provides.

Uncc Canvas The Hidden Truth, <p>So, I got accepted into UNCC, my first acceptance letter back in December, but I never really considered it until I got denied from Chapel Hill. I only applied because Kathy Reichs is one of the anthropology teachers there, even if she isn’t on staff all the time. I considered it my safety school. Now I’m considering it my first-year school, but only if I don’t get a better first-year ... IMO, UNCC is the prettier campus and much less spread out than NCSU (which has several separate campuses).

It seems like many recent college grads end up in Charlotte after graduating and end up staying here to raise families. Is UNCC Rolling Admissions, and if so, about how long does it take for them to give you a decision once they have received the complete application? Thanks in advance! UNCC has population numbers that are close to ECU but many of those still have to be commuters, their campus is much more urban than the other two and Charlotte is a great city with much to do, but to me the school doesn’t feel like a “university campus” , BUT they are working on that and the school is changing.
