Verizon Customer Service Jobs Remote - LifeStyle

Since the house is new construction a new Verizon cable drop was installed and a new account was created. I've been trying for several days to convince Verizon customer service to either send me a cable card registered to the new account or allow me to transfer my old account (including the cable card) to the new address. Verizon won't budge.

The newest NGPON2 from Verizon FiOS doesn't send TV over QAM either, but most people are not signing up for 2 gig+ service and still have older FTTH PON that support CableCard. My mother just moved in with me and I have her TIVO ROMIA PLUS with a lifetime plan. My mother had COMCAST and that service has been discontinued. I have Verizon FIOS and a FIOS DVR, and I want to turn in the FIOS DVR and use the TIVO instead.
